Workshop Terms & Conditions

  • To reserve your course placement, full payment or the first month’s payment (for monthly payment plans) is required.
  • The registration fee of $250 is non-refundable and is included in the course fee.
  • If you cancel less than 90 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Transferring the course to another person can be done by providing written notice.
  • If Architectural Hair needs to change a course date or location and you do not accept the change, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Registration & Workshop Support

Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Important information leading up to the workshop will also be sent via email, so please ensure you provide the correct email address and watch out for Cathy’s notes.

Accommodation

  • If you require accommodation for a workshop at The 540 Lodge, please indicate this during registration. Onsite accommodation is limited and given priority to the first enrolled students of each course.
  • If The 540 Lodge is fully booked for your course, we recommend staying at the Copthorne Hotel & Resort Solway Park Wairarapa or Terrocota Lodge & Cottages.

Meals

  • Meals are included in the course fee if you are learning at The 540 Lodge with Cathy.
  • If you are learning with Cathy while she’s on tour, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the provision of meals. Please note that each course and location may have slight variations.

Exploring the Region

  • If you are learning at The 540 Lodge, you will have the opportunity to experience the beauty of the Wairarapa region.
  • The Wairarapa is located about one and a half hours’ drive north of Wellington and is surrounded by the Tararua Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
  • Known for its warm summers, the region offers a relaxing country retreat and is renowned for its vineyards, particularly in Martinborough, famous for its award-winning Pinot Noir.
  • As you explore the region, you can discover welcoming vineyards in Martinborough, Gladstone, and Masterton, which is home to The 540 Lodge.
